This technique involves imagining a protective bubble or shield around yourself. Here’s how to do it:
- Find a Quiet Space: Sit or lie down in a comfortable position and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths to relax.
- Visualize the Bubble: Imagine a glowing, transparent bubble surrounding your entire body. The bubble can be any color that makes you feel safe and protected.
- Strengthen the Bubble: Visualize the bubble becoming stronger and more resilient with each breath you take. See it as an impenetrable shield that only allows positive energy and love to enter while keeping negativity and harm at bay.
- Affirm Your Protection: Mentally affirm that this bubble protects you from any unwanted energy or influence. Repeat a mantra such as, “I am safe, protected, and surrounded by positive energy.”
