This technique involves visualizing a boundary made of energy that you can adjust as needed:
- Ground Yourself: Sit comfortably and take deep breaths to ground yourself. Imagine roots growing from your feet into the earth, anchoring you.
- Visualize the Energy Field: Imagine a field of energy surrounding you. This field can be a soft glow or a vibrant aura, extending a few inches or feet from your body.
- Adjust the Energy Field: Visualize the energy field expanding or contracting based on your comfort level. See it as a flexible boundary that you can adjust to keep out unwanted influences while allowing positive interactions.
- Affirm Your Energy Boundary: Mentally affirm, “I control my energy field. It protects me and keeps my space sacred.”
